What we do
Packing and crating
Custom crates built at your taxidermist’s premises, or collection of crates your taxidermist has built. Packed to IPPC / ISPM 15 standards.
Collection and check-in
We collect from taxidermists anywhere in South Africa, then measure and weigh every crate at our Benoni warehouse.
Permits and customs
We prepare and submit the export permits and documents, and clear your consignment through customs.
Air freight
From OR Tambo to your nearest designated wildlife port of entry in the USA, or other airline destinations, on the first available flight.
Ocean freight
Full containers packed only with hunting trophies, to Houston (via Durban or Cape Town) and to Hamburg.
Insurance
Optional insurance can be arranged, please contact us for more information.
How it works
- Paperwork. Permits and export documents are put in order while your taxidermist works on your trophies.
- Collection, check-in and quote. We crate or collect your trophies, measure and weigh them, and send you a formal quote within 48 hours of check-in. Until then, any figure we give you is an estimate based on the details you sent us.
- Payment, booking and export. Once your order is confirmed, we book your cargo, clear customs and send the flight details to you and your broker.
- Arrival and clearance. Your broker clears the shipment at the port of entry and arranges delivery to you.

For taxidermists and outfitters
We work with taxidermists and outfitters/PHs across South Africa as partners. Partners can use the Partner Estimator to give clients an early idea of costs.
